Aboriginal Health Practitioner (Part-time or Full-time)

This role is available on a part-time or full-time basis and will work in both Singleton and Muswellbrook Clinics.

Ungooroo Aboriginal Corporation is seeking qualified and experienced Disability Support Workers to support people with a disability and/or mental illness participating in the National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS). Applications are invited from people with a demonstrated person centred approach, with genuine empathy and interest in all people with a disability.

Ungooroo Aboriginal Corporation is seeking an experienced Optometrist to provide Optometry services in our Upper Hunter Clinics. The Optometrist will be responsible for the provision of expert and professional optical care to all our patients, the delivery of culturally safe optometry clinics and supporting the provision of spectacles to this community through the govt-funded NSW Spectacle Program.

This position is available on a casual basis and will work in both the Singleton and Muswellbrook Clinics.

Casual Occupational Therapist

Ungooroo Aboriginal Corporation are inviting applications for registered and suitably qualified Occupational Therapist to join our innovative and creative team – on a casual basis initially – with the view to extending the role.

We are seeking a person-centred and professional therapist who is flexible, ready to meet the needs of our Indigenous community, is able to demonstrate their skills and experience in a therapy setting, has a positive “can do” attitude and is willing to learn and grow with the team.

The role is primarily based in Singleton and may call for some occasional travel to other areas.
