Whether you are trying to achieve a better lifestyle, improve your health and fitness, or simply maintain your current state of well being, our dietitian can analyse your current diet and nutrient intake and help you meet your nutritional needs. We can work with you to help you understand and plan correct eating habits and also monitor your progress.

At our clinic we can provide dietary advice in a wide range of areas, including:
healthy eating
sports nutrition
fussy eating
food allergies and food intolerances
and develop specialised plans for those with diabetes, coeliac disease, high cholesterol, irritable bowel syndrome and other medical conditions.

Not only can our dietitian help you wade through a plethora of dense and often confusing information, they will throw in a measure of common sense to help you make the changes you need to improve your health.

Understanding the nutritional content of the food you eat (as well as knowing how to decipher food labels) can radically change your life and help you stay on track to reach your goals.

Our dietary clinic is available every second Tuesday from 10am to 5pm.

Our health outreach services are funded by the NSW Rural Doctors Network under the Department of Health’s Medical Outreach Indigenous Chronic Disease Program and the Visiting Optometrists Scheme.
